These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iTriage platform, website, and services ("Services") provided by iTriage ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using iTriage in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using iTriage on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
iTriage is a cyber threat intelligence analysis platform that:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
Plans: iTriage offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with varying capabilities and limits. Plan details are available on our pricing page.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are stated in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until their next renewal date.

Our Rights: The iTriage platform, including its software, design, AI models, documentation, and branding, is owned by iTriage and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you submit to iTriage. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Threat Intelligence: Intelligence data ingested from third-party sources remains subject to the terms and licenses of those sources. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to ingest and process such data.
iTriage uses artificial intelligence to analyze threats, generate summaries, and draft reports. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed by qualified analysts before being acted upon. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
For enterprise customers processing personal data through iTriage, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
Each customer's data is logically isolated within dedicated workspaces. We implement row-level security, role-based access control, and encryption to ensure data separation between customers.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime caused by:
Enterprise customers may negotiate specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iTriage, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable DPA, constitute the entire agreement between you and iTriage regarding the Services.
